MEMBERS CHARTER

Issued by the Management Committee of
WaiWoods Cluster I, II & III CO-OPERATIVE MAINTENANCE SOCIETY LTD.

Preamble

This charter is an addendum to the Society Byelaws of Wai Woods Cluster I, II & III Cooperative Maintenance Society. It lays down the rules which have been agreed by the co-operative society and is binding on all members of the society. Any issue in interpretation of the rule is to be referred to the Managing Committee members and they will clarify the society’s stand accordingly. The objective of these Code of Conduct is for members to have a common understanding of the society’s norms and to avoid disputes arising between members and the Society.

All the members are shareholders and hence owners of the society. It is up to them to ensure that its security, amenities, hygiene and upkeep are kept at a high standard. The Members Charter has been framed to help us to collectively achieve the objective of making this a premium complex.

All members have to ensure that these rules are adhered to by all residents – their family members, guests, servants and tenant/licensees etc.

Being responsible members of the society, it is for us to discharge our obligations towards the community by conserving water, electricity, consuming less and ensuring recycling of natural resources.
